Refund Policy
HIRA DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item one time for an item of equal or greater value. Jewellery items can be exchanged for jewellery only. Please contact us by email at hirajewellry@gmail.com and we will provide you with instructions on completing your exchange.
In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.

Replacement & Exchange:
You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
In case of missing, damaged, or broken products upon receiving the parcel, an unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory to avail a new product.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Return Process:
Submit a return request: Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Items must be returned within 7 days from receiving the order. Jewelry must be unworn & in original condition, accompanied by original packaging & any certificates. Custom or personalized pieces, engraved items, rings, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
Please note:
- Liking or disliking a product is not a valid reason for return or replacement and will not be entertained.
- False claims may result in strict action.
